Return Process

  Log into your uzid account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Start Return' option for the specific device you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
